She grew up in Southern Marin, spent her young professional years in San Francisco, and has called Sausalito home since 2014. Her local roots are strong, having attended Marin Country Day School and Marin Catholic High School, and competing in local leagues for soccer, basketball, and competitive horseback riding.

Julie’s drive and leadership skills were further honed at Brown University, where she majored in Commerce Organizations and Entrepreneurship with a focus on Leadership while playing four years of Division 1 soccer. Her competitive spirit continues today as she enters her 13th year with the prestigious Olympic Club in San Francisco, where she has served as Team Commissioner from 2018-2022.
